Give It A Grow

Campaign design inspiring 10,000 first-time growers to create green space at home

Challenge

Two thirds of Londoners want to learn more about growing at home, but lack confidence and the knowledge to get started.

Approach

Give It A Grow is a campaign designed to give Londoners the tools and inspiration they need to take an active part in making London greener, through a giveaway of 10,000 beginner-friendly planting kits. It was created in partnership with the Mayor of London, as part of the ongoing commitment to make London a National Park City.Londoners were invited to collect a free kit for first-time growers from participating IKEA, Starbucks and B&Q stores.

I designed the environmentally-friendly planting kit suitable for growing in small spaces, as well as the supporting promotional assets and website for the #GiveItAGrow social media campaign.
